| I think the whole notion of Green "getting his £200K back" from Bulls income is so risible as to not be worth seriously discussing any more, we are pretty much as financially fscked as any club has ever been, with minimal Sky money, no season ticket money, only the back end dregs of any unpaid sponsorship money, and anyone who sees some conspiracy by Green to leech his company's debenture loss out of our meagre resources is I think delusional. And that's before even considering the seriousness of such an allegation anyway.
I will throw one more into the mix though. The RFL said that as OKB went bust, it forfeited ALL Sky money and had to pay back what it had already received. On that basis, as we were only supposed to be getting the remains of what they were getting, we aren't due any money at all.

Good point in terms of a quick return, given the fundamental profitability of us, along with most other clubs. But could some of the return be in charges from one business to another for director's time and expenses, for instance, then look to sell the club on to recoup some more of the cash. It was reported that Moore, Calvert & Watt were guests in Perpignan, I hoped they were helping to construct the force majeure case, but.......
If he didn't get involved he waved goodbye to the loan he gave, he has no emotional attachment to the club and the lack of action on moving out a well meaning, honourable, but ultimately under performing coach tells the story for me. Really hope I'm proved wrong

| Salford have a seemingly bottomless pit of cash and some other club(s) are rumoured to be spending next years cash gambling on staying up. I'd rather we went down and stayed full time in a sustainable manner than that.

| Here's a little 'problem' like we used to get set at school
If the Hood regime was losing £100k a month on full Sky money and the OK regime was losing £100k a month on 50% sky money, then what is Marc Green losing on 50% sky money and 6k crowds.
Answer; if Green isn't losing a minimum of 50k a month funding the train crash that is our dear club then his next trick should be turning water into wine. The Nazarene couldn't get £200k out of Odsal right now.

| We can clear up by qualifying for others sky money when they go into admin.
On a serious point I do wonder how the club can survive in the championship on much lower gates, sponsorship and still with the millstone of Odsal.

| The problem is the new Sky deal. Next year is the promised land re finances.
If there is no corresponding increase in salary cap, then most clubs will be able to finance Team wages (players & coaching staff) purely from the Sky money every month.
Lower risk of financial problems.

Imagine how many points teams will be docked next time an administration occurs given the extra Sky funding. Based on 6 for us, it should be the equivalent in the Football league of 5 wins! But in the new world of play off football for 8 teams it shouldn't matter a jot providing you retain your best players! Well done RFL, the brave new world encourages and rewards excessive spending and per arranged administrations!

Given the pricing for season tickets now rather than in dear old Peter's day, is 6,000 revenue equal to 10,000 then

Do what? Put his feet up and wait for us to be relegated so he can help himself to the parachute payment?

What do you expect him to do? I personally cannt even begin to imagine what state the club was in financially when he came. Even if we signed Kevin Locke we would still be in trouble. The heart and desire has completely gone from the team, doesn't matter what quality we have, if the desires gone, its pointless.
For me Marc Green is last person we should be blaming, don't forget the other consortium of Moore & Co had to make cut backs of £400k. We simply cannot afford to sign players who will get us out of this mess.
The only thing I would ask is Marc Green sack Cummins, the players we do have are so much better than this. Get a coach who will give them a rocket up their backsides and some fire in their bellies and we have half a chance every game.

I expect he will do exactly what he's been doing for the last 3 months, i.e. very little.
It seems the plan was to wish really, really hard that we'd get all 6 points back and when that failed shrug your shoulders, put your feet up and wait for the parachute payment to come in.
Yes, the heart and desire has gone from the team, but it's been gone for a long while. The Wigan game was the point where we should have had a change of head coach. But apparently the "root and branch" investigation didn't see that.

We are currently 8 points behind everyone else with a points difference of -210 (when compared with WTW) with 11 games remaining. There are 22 points available from those games. If we don't pick up points in one of the next 6 games we are mathematically down in my opinion. Our next 6 games are:
Hull KR H
Warrington A
Catalan H
Saints A
Giants A
Wigan H
Perform like we did today and we won't get anything out of those games.
Here's a horrible thought... Leeds could potentially relegate us from Super League on Friday 1st August.

Jeez. Rather at Leeds than at Wakefield though. If that's the case I expect a big Bulls turn out, a final show of defiance! I think if you've experienced the highest of the highs it's your duty to turn up for the final humiliation and the lowest of the lows; all part of the sporting experience!

| FC - “There is other stuff going on as well and we looked like we had some players who were just way off."
Cummins ought to resign for the following reasons,
1, His rep is dropping like a stone due to a bunch of players who don't trust/believe in what he says. 24-0 after 15 mins is a white flag. Apparently we didn't need Langley and Sammutt but we did need Gaskell and Walker. Foster and Henry's defence would be exposed in the Championship. Some of his decisions have been very poor.
2, He will get another job as most reasonable people think he's not responsible for the state the club's in.
3, Whilst the club need a change of coach, I don't think the new regime have really supported him either. Loan deals and kids from New Zealand weren't ever going to be enough to turn the ship around.
Who knows what 'the other stuff' is but for the sake of his own career he needs to gather up his stuff and go.

| "The other stuff" is worrying. As (from the same sentence) FC says it isn't anything to do with the points appeal. There's not much else off field stuff going on, so it must be dressing room.

Correct, as I said last week. FC is now a dead man walking, for whatever reason his players have given up. He needs to go before we start planning next years 2nd tier team. We need to appoint the man we want in charge next season (not FC) asap so he can pick through the carcass and try to get a head start on next year. The only silver lining of being effectively relegated by June is we have some time to plan....Mr Green are you listening?
