Seriously though I had real trouble telling what was going on in the first half, hopefully they'll run the recording at some point as I assume it was just the transmission that didn't work. Was really looking forward to seeing how he went in SL.

Glad to get a point, but again it was a winnable game. Weather was crap for both sides but shouldn't we be more used to that sort of weather?

How did Crossley go on? I can't remember seeing him.

A point gained, however, i am concerned that we still find it difficult to get over the try line from 10mts and with 4 tackles to go, on numerous occasions.

Bulls were on a warning and Sykes was the next to infringe. Wasn't a bad penalty (think it was holding down or something), he was just the next one after the warning.

He's neither "poor" nor "brill". But he _does_ have 13 assists, and you're being unfair in dismissing that fact with sarcasm.

Tame Tupou scored 11 tries in his first 10 games and was up there with the teams leading metre makers but was widely regarded as been rubbish. As always stats can be very decieving when not taken in context.

All the more reason to wait and see really. It's not as if he can be replaced next week with anyone miles better so we may as well support the bloke and hope he gets better while he's here.

Personally I don't even think he has a proper haircut for playing rugby league. Looks a bit too much like a model for me.

His quiff is bad

The Leeds game was quite distracting.. everytime he ran all you could see was his hair flopping all over the place.

Its a Bobby Charlton. Under that quiff he's as bald as a coot.

is that just a generalisation, or aimed at Herbert? Wingers can just fall over the line, but is there a try assist equivalent? I wouldn't have thought so

One thing that looking at Tupou can prove about this season. We are not getting the ball wide enough. Too much up the middle and very little passing along the line. I dont understand why still though. It's obvious thats what we should be trying more, but the players just don;t seem to want to pass and play expansive rugby. Confidence problems maybe?
