Kearney has to play as and out and out 6 or push Ah Van into 6 and start L'Estrange into 7 and start Diskin at 9

I'm still wondering why Addy didn't make the 17 yesterday? Given our lack of options, and his versatility - he can play at half back or loose forward, I was amazed he didn't at least make the bench.

For me, he would be at the very least on the bench for the Crusaders match

Well Potter said he would be picking players based on on-field performance. There were a few players against Wigan who shouldn't be confident of making the team against Crusaders

I'm trying to get my head around at just how poor Sibbit has been in the last two games?

He had a great pre-season.

Another area I think where we could improve is the silly head high tackles that in the last two games have led (from the resulting opposition penalty) to three tries.

Don't think Koppy or Sibbit should be in on saturday after the last game. Sibbit hasn't shown us any of the things he did in pre-season. I'll give him more time though - the whole team played badly on sunday.

1. The whole team did not play badly - the pack ran the ball in one out with little or no guidance - why don't you try running at a well marshalled defence with strong wrestling?

2. I agree with dropping Sibbitt but why say you're giving him more time if you're advocating his dropping?

3. Koppy ran well - see point 1. for why its hard to run through gaps when you don't have halfs that take pressure off. He is a much better option than Crossley - why not give him some of your generous time?

Did Koppy run well? I don't recall him breaking any tackles. He was hardly on the field in comparison with the other props.

Yes I think he did. As to breaking tackles how many did on Sunday, the defence was ferocious. When he was on, I think he ran well. Someone near me said that they both (him and Olbison) were getting through a bit of work - I agreed

Dont understand why everyone against playing ainscough. The guy is a talent and deserves his chance now/

probably not best idea to pair two who are suspect in defense on same side. problem being all our wingers are a little suspect on defensive side. makes it diificult to play ah van at as we dont have a strong defensive wing to pair him with. at least when hes on wing we can pair him with a strong defensive .

Having Walker and Platt start in the centres doesn't exactly excite me, both defensive players. Walker would be better used coming off the bench in the second row but we aren't short of second rowers are we? We're crying out for a game winning centre as well as an impact prop.

How do you know that ?.

I would include olbison in the squad for this saturday. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm and work rate.

Best player behind Kearney on Sunday IMO and given more game time he'll be massive for the club.

Southerwood will never be ready IMO. I dont think he'll make it from what Ive seen so far. Although to give him some credit he played well in the 2nd half against Dews. Might make a good Championship player.

Well, quite a few threads on here we're filled with people wracking their brains and coming up with nobody. Yeah OK, you could argue that 'anyone has their price' - or you could buy some no-name from Championship One.

But, seriously, who is/was there who could improve what we already have?

I needs to see more of & more from Ah Van before I am convinced he is the answer to your wing problem on one side. He can kick, granted.
