Ratchford is one of the current SL players I'd most like to see at the Bulls. Young, British, bags of potential, great kicking game, not yet been nabbed by one of the big clubs, able to play anywhere in the backs, probably already a better centre than any on our books in 2011 (with Lulia still having it all to prove for 2012)...

Agree completely. I reckon him at 6 with initially Jeffries and then Southernwood could turn us from mid table to contenders. A player to build a team around for mine and no surprise from the various RL and RU rumours that he basically has his pick of teams. Warrington will inevitably get him I guess though with the room they must still have under the cap. |

To be honest, once Hood had commented on Seymour I suspected he probably wouldn't be coming. I can think of plenty who Hood has replied with the line 'we're always interested in quality players' etc but they never sign. King, Seymour, Mason, Moi Moi etc.
I'm not devastated that Seymour is off to Hull, I just hope we have a few more irons in the fire.
