There was originally a rumour about his brother being interested in us, which came from TotalRL. But Koukash later outright denied it on twitter, saying his family had no interest. As per usual, people just kept talking about it anyway.

I saw a retweet from him yesterday saying he wishes he could convice his wife to buy a club, which seems to have re-stirred the pot. I couldn't decided if this was him intentionally stirring the pot, or if it was just something tediously to do with the Hethringtons.

That reads like its not just picking up a twitter rumour, which I'd hope he's not.

Is he not just having a go at the Hetherington clan in that tweet? That's how I read it.

The thing that really annoys about that article is the fact it says Omar Khan is still a rival !!!!

Surely this guy shouldnt even get a mention or be remotely involved with a bid

Even in a parallel world where we all feel entirely trusting of Omar, this is a man who seemingly did not have enough wonga in the first place AND who had to step down because it was apparently harming his health.

Getting involved AGAIN seems so random.

The chap who broke the rumour on TRL is one of the site (and presumably magazine) writers - so not just a random nutjob.

You are probably right but if you look at his tweets yesterday, one possible interpretation is that he just might be serious. As someone remarked his wife responded that she could be persuaded. I tend to speak to my wife one to one rather than using social media.
So it might be just a pop at the Hetheringtons and/or Red Hall but he does have a habit of seeing things through . He says what he believes, argues his case and if he's outvoted he takes it on the chin. He's a breath of fresh air--completely open and unapologetic.

This would be Bull cash as opposed to Koukash. I have no beef with it.

If our luck holds I know how this will end..............no real interest and we'll be bought by a chancer with no cash or realistic vision.

Koucash needs to buy another 7 teams so that he can win any vote he wants when the clubs are asked to vote on something. Buying a second club through his brother is a good start.

Wonder what the betting would be on this scenario, Omar and Koucash both put an offer in to buy the Bulls.The administrator no doubt has to liaise with the RFL on potential owners and the RFL say Omar is the best person to take the club forward at this moment in time

The Dr has out a couple more bits on twitter about his wife,not saying they have put a bid in but certainly suggesting that could be the case. Think it's fair to say he's pretty straight talking so I would of thought he wouldn't getting involved in idle banter and suggest he's putting a bid in just to mislead people

I am watching Roger, he wouldn't gain anything by putting rumors out, so may be some truth in this.

Couple of our players are following Mrs Koucash on twitter, this horse may have legs.

But as someone has hinted at, if Mrs k isn't independently wealthy (of that I haven't a clue) would the rfl see it as a front for marwan and turn it down. I'm sure we'd all react warmly toward the governing body if that were the case.
