The fact it's a testimonial for Langley may up the figures a bit, but if we're being realistic, I can't see there being more than 2 or 3 thousand Bulls fans.
Last year we played Leeds at Headingley in Matt Diskin's testimonial. The attendance was 5,759. And I would argue there were more Leeds home fans there than there will be Bradford fans for this. And there were also more Bradford away fans there than there will be Halifax.
No disrespect intended, but trying to be realistic. I'll be very surprised if this attendance busts the 5,000 mark.'"
i would think that there would be a decent attendance as it is Langley's Testimonial. no offense taken mate |

3-4k would be a very decent attendance for a friendly , even if it is a testimonial, given that its unlikely that a large number off first teamers will feature. |

In the early days of Super League we had some classic encounters and the one that sticks out in my mind is the 1997 Tuesday evening come back at Thrum Hall.
I guess for Halifax it would be the last minute drop-goal in 1996  |

So long as the weather stays reasonably mild, I think £10 to sit in the main stand for what should be a good game is very enticing. |

Steve Long did us no favours shouting over the pa that we we're heading to be the only Super League club with a 100% home record 
I was only a youngster back in 1996 but it was a great game and amazing to think that Halifax had 3,000+ on the Rooley Lane terrace. |

except season tickets don't cover friendlies and the point of some people (well, me) getting them was to pick and choose regular season matches and still save money.
I hope you're not trying to set up some sort of pedestal to then try and knock us off when the eventual attendance is around the 5K mark?
I won't be going (the lad's birthday) so that's one season ticket holder not going. |
