Depends what he's charged with. I would expect separate charges for different offences.

Only sport can make you actually want an (alleged) criminal to get off with his crimes...

If this was me watching some bloke on Police Interceptors doing the same thing, I'd be shouting at the telly for them to Taser the fecker.

But you would expect him to be charged for all offenses to be dealt with in same case so looks like charges aren't being pressed for the potentially more serious offence.

So far he's due in court to face the driving charges (2). No mention in any report of being charged for the other offences.

They may decide not to charge him with the others or they may go to crown court as they're more serious. As yet nothing mentioned anywhere.

I'm with Bullseye on this one; we're not judge/jury and the less said the better.

You would hope he would stick by us with us giving him a chance when no one else would.

It mentions in further charges of assault discharge of an electric incapacitation device, probably some sort of stunning device that will definately cause him some problems now I think along with the assaults.

I think it's safe to say Moore's goose is cooked...

I'm sure a taser was mentioned in the original report/rumour. However that reads like it was Moore that may have discharged it, whereas I had assumed at the time that it was a copper to stop him.

(Note: No accusations there, just pure guessing)

Perhaps it was a bit of both? The copper had the taser which Moore then grabbed in a 'one on one strip' (as Stevo used to say) and used? I would imagine Scott Moore is a heck of lot stronger and fitter than many of the people that the people might apprehend...

If it was one on one then he should be alright, that's legal. If he wrestled it of more than one then that's when the trouble starts ...

There does seem to be a determination, by the courts, to not send people to prison. You only need to read the T&A to know that lots of people who ought (imo) to be banged up don't appear to be. As long as that remains the case, I'll hold out some hope that a guy with a job might be cut some slack and given (another?) final chance.
