Quins have to win their next two to be safe. As do wire. Catalan and Cas need to win one of their last two games to confirm their places.

I reckon we're around a one in eight shot. Too many things that need to go just so, I'm afraid.

That is not because I wouldnt like to see Bradford make the play offs, I think its just been left a little bit too late.

But then again...... You never know. All Bradford can do is win their last two games and see what happens.

I'm wondering what the odds would be online if you did an accumulator on the results we need?? Im at work so can't check yet, but I suspect it will be less than the rather generous 1280/1. And cas will be far shorter odds then 1/8 given that they need 1 from 2 and their last game is effectively a gimme.

I voted no as there are just too many things to go wrong, including us, it'd be just like us for all the results to fall right and then we dont beat Hull away in the last game. (as an aside would the games that matter kick off at the same time on the last weekend?)

It's because we need 4 results to go our way over the two rounds. So it's

4x4 = 16 so 16 x 16 = 256 which multiplied by 5 is 1280.

Problem is, I can't find anywhere online to put the bet on? All I can find is who'll finish top of the league or who'll win the grand final.

I've never put a bet on before, so any pointers in the right direction would be grateful.

You won't be able to bet on games so far in advance, not online anyways.
The bookies will base their odds on previous matches, injuries, suspensions etc and as a result often wait until around 24 hours prior to the match taking place before they put their odds up online.

If you went into a bookies and explained what you wanted to do then some of them may work out some odds for you then and there.

For me, it's highly unlikely but for me Cas ill beat Celtic so they're in but Catalans could slip up St. Helens away they'll lose but Wakey need to win in France and Wire have got Hull KR away and don't see them winning that and Harlequins will lose to Cas so then Wire vs Quins one of them will win probly Wire and if we keep our good form up beat Salford at home which is no easy game but if we play like Sunday we'll do it and Hull is a tough game but might win that but if we don't get there then at least we finish well and we can look forward to next year but if we get in the play-offs can't see us getting that far so end well, silly games we should have won have costs us the two loses against Cas we should have won and Celtic game and Salford away so we've done it to ourselves.

That right, but some online sites, skybet I think was one, did have specials on who would make the playoffs which would amount to a similar bet I suspect. No idea if they still have a special like that or not.
