What will sacking Potter and Duffy do? It's the players that we need as we have an abundance of average/crap players in our squad. I have faith that we will see a recruitment drive for quality next year as this years hasn't worked.

IMO as a club we have gone from been a proactive club to reactive club at boardroom level.

I'm willing to reserve judgement on Potter until next year.

With 2 pre-seasons to recruit and put in place your own system, I will then Judge. Can't really do that with what we have seen so far.

I'm sure everyone involved is trying their best to get some class signings to Bradford.

I do get the impression that Potter is unhappy with the performance of certain people - There has been little in the way of contract extensions for those that are running out this year.

The Club is far too soft at Boardroom level and this simply filters through the rest of the Club. My "evidence"...

- Not sacking Macnamara after the performances over three years
- Not realising what everyone else could see that Orford wasn't coming back (they even posted his Golf Clubs back to him whilst he was "sick"icon_wink.gif
- Linked to this, the gap in our overseas Quota this year is a joke
- Not setting the high standards expected by the playing staff (Langley shot off home after the last home game at the final whistle - surely the younger players would benefit from having him around after the game ??)
- And as for the "reaction" by the players to the last two games (laughing / shrugging shoulders) - unacceptable
- Tweeting about Nandos is this years Cake Baking competition - FFS !
- The player turnstile at Odsal will be again in full force this off-season which surely can't help matters
- And as for the lies about being anywhere near the cap - don't make me laugh. The club is trying to achieve the impossible on the cheap. We will never know, but my fear is that we have spent less this year than any other Club in the League
