In the last overlay do you know what the large white bit directly south of the stadium is?

Also, with regards to parking, the edge / corner of the stadium is virtually touching Warrington Old Road where it meets with Peasley Cross Lane and the railway bridge. Is there going to be pedestrian access to the stadium from Warrington Old Road / Peasley Cross Lane?

I thought the original application for the ground was only either 80 or 60 car parking spaces?

saint at wire , the big white area is the JK Philips warehousing but i believe in future this will be Phase 2 of the bild , with restaraunts cafes etc , not too sure of the exact makeup

jaybs there will only be that number of car parking spaces at the round the other spaces you see are for tescos

Nope. Tesco have apparently made it clear that match goers are definitely not allowed to park there so I doubt they'll be offering any special tickets! Fans have to park in the multistoreys on the stadium side of the town centre. That's the only downside to the site IMO. No parking. Unless you're corporate, staff or disabled.

Go in Tesco for a can of beer and a packet of nuts on your way in should be okay for 2 hrs then as Tesco paying customer.

The one in town is now 3hours. plenty of time to shop and watch the game.

I take it you are selling naming rights for the new stadium, has this been done or is there any talk of who is in the frame?
