Can't say 100% but there would have been a significantly higher chance of him doing so yes. He's kicked from the touchline to win the game for us before.

Possibly. It was right on the touchline though. However, I don't think he'd have scored the try that Ade scored to set up the conversion anyway.

I think it was correct move by saints to play foster in the u20s and I'd leave him there for little while to build some confidence up.

Nobody can say if he'd kicked that goal or scored that try by Ade. It's all it's and buts and I'm sure foz will come back stronger.

How come Makinson is not taking any flack? Had that been Foster conceding three tries there would have been mayhem on here.

Because his name isn't Jamie Foster, he hasn't got a flash haircut/car/pair of boots, he hasn't got a bum for a chin, isn't opening his own hair salon with his dog-grooming mum, doesn't tweet and doesn't say 'reem'.

Mind you, Shenny and Makinson were left to defend two on five twice I think? The rest of the team should be taking flak for those tries.

It's an interesting point. Does anyone have Makinson's record anywhere? For a player that gets rave reviews, he never really seems to score many tries and he has a decent centre with him. He's never done anything inidivually, he doesn't score long range tries like Huddersfield's backs do.

Foster did nothing wrong bar drop one ball. If we're dropping players for that Wello wouldn't have played at all last season as he dropped pretty much every single bomb that went to him.

You said that in the other thread, but it isn't true. Shortly after dropping that ball he came in off his wing unnecessarily and allowed Blanch to score a crucial try. He did a similar thing earlier in the game as well.

In the end it was a good game, with 2 good teams, seperated by one point. We could have won, it's about building form, if we take that forms forwards then the victories will come, lets hope it's not a false dawn.

It wasn't all his fault. He's had Gary Wheeler as his centre, who is defensively woeful as well. You don't drop a player for one poor performance. When is it Wello's turn? His last good performance was 2007.
