I think Moore will start out at 7 and will do the lions share off the kicking.

It won't make a difference.

Whoever we elect as tactical kicker, we'll ensure he's nowhere near the ball on the last tackle and will instead pass it to Jammer / dribble a pass along the ground / run back 10 metres, get tackled and handover.

I just can't see the point of stating the blindingly obvious.

IMO they tried to protect Eastmond to much when he played half back by having Wilkin and Pryce share the kicking duties. What occurred was mearly indesicion about where the ball was going on the last (which seemed to continue after Long had returned?).

For me, Eastmond's kicking is pretty good and will only get better the more experience he gets. He seems to be a lad who thrives off any oppotunity and can take getting thrown in at the deep end. Make him the number one and make sure he knows its his responsibility.

longy WAS a great kicker and even kicked well in the final, but lets face it the last two seasons, meli or graham could take over and the standard wouldnt drop to far.

Wilkin kicked Leeds to death in the Challenge Cup game.

Found the grass every time, didn't give the wingers and full back chance to get good kick returns in and played a major part in you winning that game.

If he can produce that consistently he'll be a good kicking option.

Longy always blew hot and cold with his kicking. He had some putstanding games and some complete howlers .. the big difference being that for the past few years he's had more howlers than good games (and not just kicking)

Kicked them to death in the final as well. Also kicked Wigan to death the week before, if by 'to death' you mean out on the full.

Long has never been a [igreat[/i kicker, especially in his long kicking game. He hit a decent level a few years back, but that was about it really.

Someone at the club needs to finally figure out that Pryce can't kick and stop flogging a dead and fossilized horse.
