I agree tonights game was boring. Every game can't be a classic but from what watching on TV saints lacked desire/ Last week they had a spring in their step and look amazing, against the lesser teams they seem to be going asleep this year.

2nd half was entertaining, but the quality of the game was dire. The 1st half was a less rewarding experience than my dental appointment this week.

if we not winning or beating teams by at least 30 it's boring.

Personally i've enjoyed every season i've ever watched rugby, at all levels.

Low scoring matches are great (tense and exciting)
High scoring matches are great too

different styles but always enjoyable

i think you're wrong, tonights game was poor and boring.

i watched it and enjoyed it from start to finish and i was hoping Wellens would get the kick, a Saints win would have been better for wire. wish he'd actually got at least 2 of those kicks.

i enjoyed it, some great defence and the best side won

I can understand an 8 year old boy being bored, but how can anyone who has a good understanding of the game possibly describe that game as boring?

the competition is boring. wakefield play some boring rugby,i only look forward to the warrington,cc and leeds matches. i am starting to think rugby unioun is better.

Maybe the game wasn't as boring as my lad made out but the rugby on show was shocking.

Perhaps instead of using the word boring we should use un-inspiring. The games are not really boring as such but un-exciting. A great little addition is -un-

I agree with the author...........its boring, even the Wildcats were boring. Its just 5 drives and a kick with a lot of messing about at the play the ball, add a dose of grapple tackles. Didn't the aussies play this way 5 years ago.

Can,t count on one hand the number of good games I have seen this season, and I'll not bother using my thumb.

If the game goes any worse, might start taking up golf.

Now lets get things into perspective here. The weather last night was shocking for both teams, as was that clueless French wally in the middle. OK, it wasn't the most exciting game, but as a Wakey fan, we will take that very nicely indeed than you, plus I'd rather Saints finish top than Leeds, so good luck for the rest of the season and hopefully, see you in the playoffs!

Wakefield fans are used to opposition fans calling a game boring or 'their' team were crap when they lose.

We never get any plaudits.......but we're used to it.

Always look forward to the Saints away games. Great set of fans, great pub before (The Black Bull) and always a great atmosphere.

Sure the result would've been different if you had a kicker but I'll take the two 'bonus' league points and run.

the whole game is boring 5 drives and a kick, must run to that blade of grass to get to that one, no one trys owt different, its all work to middle or 50s as they say, when did you last see a run round or something different, boring rugby, boring comp.

that's your opinion and I have no problem with that, the last two games we have played on telly against the top two clubs and we have matched both you and leeds man of man, the game is about eliminating each others strengths, on the day we out muscled by keeping all your tries to the sides in which if you had a half decent kicker you would of won the game,

personally I can only watch union at the higher level

Last night wasn't boring. Frustrating, yes, but not boring. If you want boring think back to the Celtic game. We won by 30 points but I've never been so bored at a game.

Ban him
