Looks like our hoodoo at HKR is going to continue

Sounds like a collectively poor defensive display, so much for us playing boring rugby. Attack wise we sound able to attack at will. I thought defensively last week we where pretty solid. But this week we have fallen apart.

Well royce does seam to be a half time coach, well Royce or KP is a good half time talker.

Why can't we defend kicks?

We've had three against us today and I think I recall reading we had more tries against us from kicks than any other side last year.

We move Meli from the wing to try and sort this and then foster replaces him as our cant deal with a kick winger.

KP does the main talk at halftime with Royce saying the last words before they go out for second half.

Could it be that our Full-back hero is getting too old and can't get in position to field kicks?

Our backs sound very rusty/inept.
Shenton, Wello and Gardner just back and not match honed and Foster unable to defend.

I don't call that exciting rugby, I call that poor rugby against a poor injury hit team.

When I talk about us plsying boring rugby don't mean I want this crap today, I want well drilled structured rugby and certainly not off the cuff crap like this.

With Wello back at fullback and Hohaia in the halves, we were always going to lose. Recipe for disaster.

I agree with the lance comment. Its utter shocking recruitment policy in signing a international world cup winning fullback and playing in the halves with a inexperienced halfback in lomax.

Also the fact we've not brought a prop in to replace jammer was another shocking recruitment decision.

I was going to say something similar. You made life very difficult for yourselves againts Salford and again at HKR, something doesn't seem to be clicking just yet for you. Maybe it's just a slow start to the season and the injuries has messed up your pre-season training.

Playing like this against an inform Wire/Wigan/Leeds could see a very disturbing scoreline BUT we are living proof that you don't need to top the league to win at Old Trafford......
