I wouldn't be happy with either of the British props you named, i don't feel either are good enough. My opinion is that Scarsbrook only gets 'bigged' up purely because he is from London and we want to promote London born players. As for Coley, well i've never rated him, would rather have someone like Griffin from Huddersfield if i'm honest.

I wouldn't mind signing Kite, he looks a good player from what i've seen of him (which isn't much), as for Tronc, well i have no idea, heard hes massive but nothing else really so don't know how good he is.

Scott Moore is already a Saints player and always has been, so i'm not sure you can call him a new signing, although i suppose he will be an addition to the squad so i see what your getting at. The last 2 are only young lads i assume, so the only major signing we have made up to now is Soliola. We desperately need to sign a few top players before next season, IMO. Its OK sticking with the kids and giving them there chance, but were not going to win trophy's purely with the kids, we need experience and guaranteed quality in there as well.

I've not heard that one, and if i'm honest i can't see it. He seems to be playing pretty decent this year (before he got injured), and enjoying himself too, looked happy enough on the field IMO.

We desperately need at the very least 1 prop, quite possibly 2, but i don't think it stops there, we need to improve the squad as a whole and add some depth to it, as we can't purely rely on the kids IMO. Its very good that we are more than willing to give them a chance, but we need to be able to bring experience in when we get injuries also.

I can't see Kite leaving whilst he is still being selected for Origin.

People are being harsh on Coley.
He's a good player. For a start, when ever I see him he's always Wigan's best prop (not hard you might say, but they're a team in form and you don't get anywhere without a front row).
He'd be in our 17 every week at the mo and even if cayless and Maurie were fit, he'd still get picked in front of Hargreaves.

IMO to have an effective set of props without overspending, you go for 2 big guns and two more modest squad members.
Obviously Graham is one big player and Cayless would be the other. Maurie's role imo means he can't command as bigger salary as those two and Hargreaves is an honest plodder who would be more suitable for a workman role at a mid table club.

1 Big name prop to replace Cayless is a must, and an extra, decent (not average) british prop would stand us in very good stead.

We will go for Stuart Fielden once he is out of the jjb and he will get back to his best, to much pressure on him at Wigan and it doesn't help when the fans are slating you every week!! Could be a very shrewd buy and he would command nowhere near the salary he is on at present!!!

He would be one of the last props I would sign! He hasnt been anywhere near top form since 2006.

Heard a awful rumour that Fielden will be making his way here next year.
