It's only when MugDump replied trying to give some smart arris comment because he had no constructive answer to my reply that it then became about Warrington/Saints success over the recent past. It's a fact that under the rules of SL that Hall's try was legitimate. Mugwump couldn't take that and decided to make some passive aggressive comment that kicked this off.

The Grand Final has definitely moved the Challenge Cup down a peg or two. It's a nice to win, nothing more.

I disagree bud. The Challenge Cup is obviously the less important of the 2 and they (RFL) have treated it with a lack of respect IMO however it is a fantastic day out and a great trophy to win.

At least someone with sense, it was a tough match and both sets of players must be so sore this morning, I know a lot of people don't seem to like Kevin Sinfield, but has been such an ambassador for the sport, and last night he really lead from the front.

Pack players yes were really good at times, but did make some mistakes which lead to points being scored, it was risky playing Walmsley and he did not look fit, I am still not convinced with the team being so forward based, and only forwards on the bench.

No problems at all with video decisions! just being petty! Though I am getting tired of how the game comes to a complete halt for what are pointless scrums these days, players stand around make no effort to pack down, an army of water carriers run on and slow the game down more, any players seem to go in the pack, just for rolling the back along the ground?

Next season will see new players, time to bring the team together once more, not sure if Long is being used to his full potential?

Our forum is even worse! and it gets really nasty, making some serious allegations, but moderators and RLFANS.COM do nothing and don;t seem interested, it saddens me, I remember when the game was so friendly between each other.

I think some people can't accept we lost and look to excuses like the video ref and injuries.

We have had one of our best seasons regarding injuries for a long time. We've always had at least one half back playing and when either Walsh or burns was out we had Jon Wilkin who some want as first choice half back. We have had our props virtually fit all year and Robes stayed injury free most of the year.

The end of the day it's been a big disappointment this year after winning LLS last year and the grand final.

We've been boring to watch with rubbish one up rugby. We had to revert to constant kicking to get us up field .

I honestly don't think next year will be better at all. We will be fighting for a top 4 spot

Great game last night and I was completely neutral for it, having good reasons why I wanted both sides to win and lose. Leeds greater big game experience probably just about got them home. As it stands the two best teams in this season will do battle next Saturday.

If the purpose is just to talk to your own fans who agree with everything then there is redvee, if the purpose is just to slag each other off, then there is twitter.

One thing I liked was being able to come on and have reasoned differences between fans of other clubs, if we are saying it's a Saints board so go away, what is the point.

If I was going to question one coaching call last night, it would have been the Makinson return after halftime.

It maybe just me, but I would have pushed Turner out to the wing, brought Wilkin in to 6.

We had plenty of forwards to cover Wilkin in the pack. LMS at centre when we have Turner, seemed to be an error to me.
