Well as the missus has booked up the whole of that weekend so I'm on Dad duty. The eldest could probably handle the match but at 18months the youngest will just want to join in the game. So what ever day or night it is, it's going to be a TV game for me. Or maybe radio, if we are out and about.

Surely this is an issue that Wigan should be able to sort because was the lease not written prior to Latics being in the premiership.

I would like Wigan to be kicked out the cup for failing to meet their obligations to stage the game at home.

The KC stadium is a council facility and I think the two clubs have equal footing so there is unlikely to be any problem. The problem IMO is that Wheelan owns the Piedome and he lurves his soccer. God knows why. It's a crap sport.

The only money owed is in Directors loans which can be converted into shares. The Stadium is fully owned by members of the board.

The only thing 'funnier' than Wigan fans thinking we own our ground is you St. Helens fans thinking it matters or makes a difference.
At the end of the day we will have a great atmosphere at this game with 20k plus fans, unlike your ground where the stands don't have a back on. No atmosphere and lower crowd.

I think you'll find your current average is running at only 200 or so higher than ours.
