I think a player has to be under 21 to go on dual registration.

Hock is breaking the rules if he even speaks to a representative from Wigan RLFC about his future or anything else rugby related before his ban is up.

Personally I'd ask him where he got his training regime from or his new Wigan player issue training gear. ebay would probably be his answer but knowing how much of a dumb fool he is I woudn't be surprised to hear him cough up the truth.

I've no worries about Wheelers talent, I've no real worries about his pace, he's gone pretty much the length of the field in combination with Meli and scored from more than 5 yards out. Neither of your centres have the pace to go the length of the field and apparently one of them was the best centre in SL last year, so I don't see why the fact that Wheeler isn't a Penny style flyer will hinder him too much.

But that was last year. Didn't you know that Super League only started in 2010.

Plus, how anyone can state that a man who has played as many games as Cunningham has 'simply isn't fit enough' is beyond me. But I suppose it's easy to underestimate the physicality of a top flight rugby match whilst sitting behind a keyboard.

He may struggle to get back in at Wigan, he's back in fifth place at the moment. Time will tell.

I am willing to put money on dixon and ashurst not being up to a good super league level at all, never mind 12-18 months down the line.

They have shown nothing IMO to say they will be better than squad players. Same goes for frodsham and emmitt.

Eastmond, wheeler and lomax IMO will turn out to be top class saints players ovdr the next ten years.

On Boots'n'All tonight Eddie announced that both Wello and Gids will be back in the side for the Toulouse match. If accurate, that's good news as Wello especially needs some game time before the match against Leeds.

I wouldn't risk Gidley. If Wellens is 100% fit, then i'd look to give him 40-60 minutes game time, then take him off (providing were winning comfortably). Gidley hasn't been out all that long so he shouldn't be too bad in terms of match fitness, were as Wellens has been missing a bit longer so we could do with him getting a bit of game time. Although, if neither of them are 100% fit, i wouldn't risk either of them, and make sure there ready for the Leeds game.
