Salford are up and down defensively. If they're good then they are pretty much as good as anyone else and it's hard to break through; if they're on one of their bad days then it can be a try fest. They're especially vulnerable out wide. But they were in a defending mood last night, up for kicking the league leaders to death, which by the sounds of it (since I only listened to the match), they did very well.

All shyt - Fitzpatrick, Talau, White, Sibbit, Parker

All world class - Gidley, Pryce, Cunningham, Cayless, Wilkin

They would all walk into your team

One of those players is world class which is gidley, Cunningham has never played his best rugby at international level but there are plenty of reasons why some people would argue he's world class. Cayless is a good prop but not world class for me!! Pryce and wilkin have looked well out of their depth at the next level!! So 1 maybe 2 of those players are world class. But Cunningham if not gidley is past his best!!But I don't think anyone is saying any different really

So in theory players in Superleague are not classed as Superleague Players either.

Very true none of them are world class but both KC and gidley have been in there time and JC has been world class before he become injury prone.

They are all still good league players though.

In that case so are Fitzpatrick, Talau, White, Myler, Sibbit, Parker, Turner they may be nothing to any saints fans but they are good players for us, they may not be world class (except for one) but they have given us some good performances.

Can't disagree but as I've said elsewhere Ratchford seems to have bulked up a fair bit over the course of this season and as such seems to have been able to improve his defence quite a bit. Myler does seem to be targeted a fair bit still though.

You missed out Myler and Turner aswell. And Parker shyt? Hes been on of our best this season and White's a quality winger when hes not injured plus Ratchford was playing with an injury

Saints fans have the right to be confident whoever is playing, they are the best team in the league so they expect to win.

Other teams would be worse had they won so many games in a row.

Many other teams have been over confident at times this season like Hull KR and Warrington beginning to slip into it, but it comes by winning games not from arrogance.
