I tried to think of a title that wouldn't imply I had some news on the naming of the new stadium, cos I know how annoying it is when people post speculative threads with titles that sound like news.

Anyways, has any mention been made yet of how the new stadium will be named. Looking at other recent stadia, the first named sponsor seems to stick; the Halliwell Jones, the KC, even the JJB will continue to be called that even if their sponsorship changes. One notable exception seems to be the McAlpine Stadium.

So, are we going to be stuck with a tacky sounding sponsor's name for our new stadium?

The S! Stadium is the new name. We all know what it stands for don't we boys and girls.

Pilkingtons should snap the naming rights up and should be ashamed of them selves if they don't

due to shape of exterior facade and the other obvious reason
