Did anybody see the 'incident' about 10 minutes after FT on friday?

Happened behind the sticks in the west stand at pitch level.
The police appeared to grab a saints fan and place him on the pitch to separate him from what presumably was a wire fan? I was stood directly on line with it but towards the back, so I couldn't see much?

Did anybody have a clearer view?

Have you just dreamt that?

I saw the Saints fan being pulled away, but I couldn't see who the other person was.

it was 2 lads about 25ish having a swing at each other? One had a Saints shirt on the other had no Warrington colours on at all? quickly broke up nothing really

I saw that there was something going on in our end at the front at the end of the match as there were a group of stewards in conversation with what looked like a group of Saints fans, and there was one bloke standing on the pitch, but I didn't stop to watch. The players had left the pitch by then, I'm glad to say.

I noticed before the game that there were warrington fans in our stand, young skins heads! By the way im not saying all skin heads start trouble.

Maybe they just suffer from youthful male pattern baldness.

or on steroids, but looking at them its probably smack!!

Iv always had good banter at Warrington and met a lot of very knowledgable fans, however, you cannot deny there are a group of grown men that insist on behaving like 16 year old chavs that stand slap bang in the middle of the away end, I wasn't having a go at Wire in general, just the minority I have spoken about, its no coincidence that every year we have trouble at Warrington and it seems other clubs do aswell after reading these forums for several years.

I wouldn't start trying to take the moral high ground if I were you. I remember last season that your fans were the only ones I've seen kettled down Knowsley Road, having tried to destroy our beloved dump of a ground and start fights.

Warrington fans had a bad rep back in the day but in my few years of going to Saints matches I've never seen them kettled. No matter how many of them have turned up. And they've been on the receiving end of regular cruelty at the hands of previous Saints teams so they probably had far greater justification than your lot did, since you won the match I mention.

Wire fans are only painted in a bad light by
Wigan and Hull FC fans, sometimes the odd Salford game

Everyone else seems to enjoy the trip to HJ and usually complement us on the good time they experience.

Oh no. Warrington fans used to cause endless trouble. But that was a couple of decades ago now.

Whose fans didn't back then, it was a nightmare, thankfully that's all but gone.
