I think that's the side we will have out, obviously it depends on the fitness of Gardner and Wellens, but hopefully both will play. I would however, be tempted to start Cloughy at prop and use Puletua from the bench to give us some impact from the bench. Our starting 13 is very good, especially the pack, but our bench seems to lack impact without Maurie and Roby.

Playing Wello will be the biggest gamble.
I'd love to see him play but i dont think he will.

It makes a bit of a lie of Mike Rush on Radio Merseyside on Monday when he said all Saints reserve side would be available for next years under 20 competition.

Unless of course they are going to get rid of him.

That was my thought, if he is going to risk making anything worse I hope (and I am sure it will be the case) he doesn't play.

Can't agree more, the starting 13 are good enough, but if we're not well infront by the time the interchanges start we may be in trouble.

We need a back up hooker for KC. I expect Wilkin to perform that role to give us a bit more size in the middle, and a backrower to replace KC

I'd be tempted to start Dixon/Ashurst and have Gilly on the bench, then bring him on for Cunningham after 25minutes, move Wilkin to hooker and then i think that Gilmour could give us some pace in the back row and some needed impact from the bench. Start Clough and then we have Puletua coming off the bench as well as Gilmour, i don't think it would weaken our starting 13 much either, but would definatly improve our bench.

Looking forward to seeing Emmitt - I reckon he'll do ok in the mix. Feka's a handful and Coley's a decent player, but I don't think he'll have any particular problems tangling with Fielden and Prescott.

Id expect Fielden and Prescott to up their game a lot this week even though Prescott had a good game against Leeds.

Glad too see wellens back.
