I don't think he has a "full central contract" with the RFL, the club should be making the announcement its another type of contract payment involving image marketing. Probably the Saints Offer + RFL Offer is good enough to keep his boots with Saints, up to now he is handling his comeback pretty well and will cover many positions as we will have injuries cropping up elsewhere.
