You do know that is the way that forwards are taught how to control their tackle. It would be impossible and mostly counter productive to attempt to break through every tackle. The idea is to get the player to have some control, almost a voluntary tackle, so that they hit the ground how they want to (I think the terminology used is "Knees and elbows"icon_wink.gif so they are able to get back up faster, play the ball faster, and allow the team to build momentum.
Its a team game not an individual game - play your part and the team looks stronger.

Which in reality that happens, quite a few games this season the "playmakers" have took the wrong options, I've seen plenty of instances where Mose has got a bit of space only for the ball to be switched to the other side.
We use to do it a lot with Shenton, never got the right ball and when he did there was no space for him to take advantage.
What I can't understand is that Walsh should know how to play Mose with set plays, I don't know if Mose has been instructed to play a certain way to graft for hard yards.

He does. Did you not see the set play that gave Wello his second try on Friday? That involved Mosoe. They'd tried it once before in the match but it broke down. Sometimes the opposition get in the way.

I know he does it with Walmsley a few times and Roby via LMS or Franki. Maybe its bad timing,positioning or misread, I think what we have to remember is that he has only played about 10 games so far so its still very much work in progress.

In the absence of LMS, Walmsley and Lefrank he pretty much only had Mosoe to use. It was the ideal set play for that moment, and it worked. Mosoe's contribution was to turn his back on the defence, taking the ball from Walsh and passing it back to Walsh who passed it on to Wello who scored. I don't know the name of the move but every team does it at some point in a match.

I like mose. I liked him when he was getting fitness. I liked him when he was barn storming last week. I can only comment on the stats on this game. Which look less impressive. I'd have him in my team at present. But whilst I saw the London Bradford and huddersfield games. I did not see the Warrington or Salford game. I did hear the Salford game and said who I thought sounded like they had good games. But I've kept my own counsel since as I don't care in most cases what others think. I do think we all over analyize as we call it a crisis when we look unlikely to win a trophy. We as most would call first a good achievement. But that is about expectations. Which I think applies to mose. I was not expecting more than I've seen. In fact I expected less.
