They usually let you buy it with no ID and then just tell you to take your ID with you to the match.
Make sure you take it though as Warrington are really picky about it.

Yeah it's special delivery and needs to be signed. If you miss it then you'll need to pick them up from the sorting office. Speaking from many tedious experiences.
