A new name for Oxford games, and in fact I've not been able to find any record of him refereeing a match at this level before. However he is the 2015 National Conference League Referee of the Year.

Match Commissioner: Paul Hewitt (West Yorkshire)
Was match commissioner for our fourth ever game, a win away to Oldham. At the very moment that I type this he is the match assessor at the Salford Wigan game.
