It will be 2 all SL games. With limited exposure on terrestrial TV, the BBC will pick the best quality games.

I disagree with you here buddy. BBC will want to maximise viewing so will go for FC v Leeds and Hudds v HKR in my view. Maybe, just maybe, they may stretch to Sheffield v Wigan instead of Hudds v HKR.

Yup i know the beeb can be pretty stupid at times but two all super league clashes will attract a bigger audience. It isn't like the FA cup where they are hoping there will be a giant killing because they come along once in a blue moon nowadays in the CC.

Assuming that the Beeb televise the Hull-Leeds and Huddersfield-KR games, there are no clashes with the football clubs to worry about. (Hull City are away at Birmingham, Huddersfield Town have Millwall at home on Friday night).

On that basis, we'll probably have the Saturday game (I'm guessing 2/3pm) with Huddersfield on the Sunday.

Other than for fans of the two clubs, Siddal v Batley holds very little interest for anyone, especially casual fans. Why would the BBC want to televise that?

Fair enough. The point stands though. They'll televise the game that will bring in the most viewers and a game they can market to some degree. That is more than likely an all Super League game.

I'd imagine it holds a great deal of interest for the Siddal coach who plays for Batley.

It's a bit too late for me to confirm TVOC's calculations. The fact that the number of SL teams isn't constant makes the calculation a bit more complicated.
