This game will never change, a strong middle with appropriate rotation will always be needed to be successful. The squad was not sufficient to win and even the week before London rolled leeds middle and were close to drawing level.

No it’s not great but we are unfortunately where we are, but it’s not as if we’ve been hammered, we lost to the inform team by a try and a goal.

I dont think we were as bad as some say tonight, thought we gained the momentum a lot, and scrambled well. We lost out because of the same old story, our pivots were poop, especially at hooker. A decent hooker and I am confident a few more try’s were for the taking.

Thought Ava was superb, and Merrin also whilst on pitch. Thought JJB put in a lot of willing work, and a great return from Ward. It highlighted the need for big men, and w3 got that selection wrong.

My comment wasn’t in relation to your team spirit or how coached, which I would not disagree with you on. But that doesn’t change the team sheet, it is a list of poor poor players. I would take two of them only. And yet you are coached really well to play above that level. Tonight though, I thought you were poop.

I think you misunderstood my last question, I perhaps worded it badly, what I mean is we can surely all agree that we have to be better next season otherwise an already dwindling support base will be even more dwindling.

I agree we weren’t as bad as is been made out there were some good performances in that side especially in defence and effort, but we are lacking in the pivots that is not in doubt.

Ive got a feeling we may go for Jake Connor who whilst a good player he’s not what we need, a fit Gale would be better
