Weller to Cas has been rumoured for several weeks. Not sure about Amor and Kirke. With Amor to Hull could this be part of the rumoured Briscoe deal but I thought his next club would be in the NRL?. Did your contact know about us signing Achurch and what about any other incomings for 2013?

latest rumour that i have heard is that leeds are sniffing around ryan atkins. (friend who works at headingley carnegie has seen him entering with hetherington a few times in last month), i personally cant see this happening as he is still under contract and would cost a lot of money. would be a good partnership with hall if it did happen tho.

Didnt know anything about Achurch although I hadnt spoken to my contact for a few weeks so he may have known I have asked him about the Amor thing possibly being as part of sum kinda deal for Briscoe but he said the same as you about Briscoes next club being an NRL so I dont know. The only other thing he told me was that Lunt was definately staying with us but just assumed everybody has taken that as granted.

I will be speaking to him regularly from now on and anything he tells me regarding signings I will be posting asap

Just because someone expresses an interest doesnt mean they are certain to do so.

Any moves in the top 8 will probs be withheld until that club loses in the playoffs - conflict of interests and all.

Don't you need the club's permission to talk to a player if he is still under contract? I hope it's true but Atkins was suppose to join us from Wakefield and at the last minute Warrington outbid us!

On twitter yesterday someone mentioned that Brian McD had said there was room for one other signing after Achurch.

I'd be very surprised if Atkins left us. By all accounts he loves it at Warrington.

Also recently signed a new long term deal. Would cost a fortune if he did leave us.

Granted he is a Leeds fan but he made a commitment to Warrington when he relocated straight away when joining us.
Doesnt mean much as he could move again.

Can't see Atkins leaving the wolves. All his family are Leeds fans but I'm sure after the cup final drubbing he said something along the lines of he enjoyed rubbing leeds's noses in it. Mind you, who doesn't?

Luke Gale is definately signed up for the Giants I was told a couple of months ago he had done a deal to leave Odsal the lad that told me has the same agent as Luke so Im positive he will be at fartown next year not sure about Kopjak

Atkins would be a superb signing imo... he's exactly what we need. Question is though can we afford the transfer fee? I'd like to think so...

The way things are at the moment, I would suggest the chances of Leeds coughing up a £200k plus fee are slim to none.

I take your point but you're assuming that we can't afford both. GH does not like transfer fees but where necessary he has put his hand in his pocket ie Hardaker. It boils down to how much he thinks Atkins will add to the team.
