There's a programme called cake boss that keeps getting advertised, think I may have to watch it next time it's on.

The wife has finished baking. We have 14 (12 now) fancies 24 lemon curd tarts and something called a spiced chocolate cake which apparantly has ameretto in it. ( I am not allowed this yet but it smells nice)

Lemon curd is lovely. Just had a slice of coffee cake. Superb. And still room for a sneaky French fancy methinks

Slightly off topic ... BUT ...' I heard a rumour' around 25 years ago , that a current serving member of staff at HQ had attempted to eat a poo sarnie for a bet on a scooter run . There's chocolate cake , and there's chocolate cake . Some people have no table manners .
