Definitely a chance for Achurch, whilst I think it's harsh on Walters I can understand the thinking, maybe Achurch can offer some extra punch we might miss with Moon out.

I guess we're showing a lot more effort in defence than previous away games this year but large part of why it's only one try is more to do with Wigan being poor once they get within 20m with their pivots missing.

Simple in 3 words.....Winning the Collision. Wigan are doing it in both attack and defence.

When we got down their end we turned down the 2 points (correct decision btw) because we needed field position and possession but then Sutcliffe kicks early and we lose possession. Skip to the last play of the half and Sutcliffe AND Watkins both fail to kick when the hooter has sounded.

P.S. Also don't think the obstruction try should've been disallowed. Watkins is coming from the side and not a case of the attacker running towards a defender.

Its not complicated, you can't give the key penalties away that leeds have early in the game, kick poorly and follow that up by coughing the ball up and compete. Just a good job Wigan attack is so disjointed. Discipline and compete for territory, until they do that the other details are worthless.

Agree with all that, except turning down the two points. We look an extremely poorly organised team, and don't look capable of scoring. The two was needed.

This is the poorest Leeds side in a very very long time. It can't just be injuries, according other teams manage to at least have some organisation even with injuries.

Think Achurch has been pretty good tbh, if only in defence. 1/6/7 haven't been good enough to create any attack.

We have lost the collision all night Wigan have marched us down the field easily, you can't win games against good teams when they do that to you.the effort has been there though.

I'm not sure how anyone could highlight leeds attacking options as the main concern. I'll say it again, it's the errors and penalty count, you can forget anything else until they get that sorted from the start of a game.

Another shocking display. Silly penalties, out muscled in the forwards. No halfbacks in our team. We are lucky Wigan were pretty poor in attack in the first half of it would be even more embarrassing. Can't draw many positives from this

The errors are because of the attacking options, and we're often on the back foot because our kicking game is so bad - case in point Burrow coming back on the field then punting it straight at the full back to allow a 60 yard run into broken field and a try.

Positives: Falloon has a good, crisp range of passing. Achurch had a pretty good game (we didn't fall apart until after he went off)

No, the many of the errors were just cold dropping the ball nothing to do with attacking options and the penalties on the back of that and you get this performance. Attacking plays certainly wouldn't be my main priority this week if I was BM.

This is spot on. We were in the game and only six down at a time when we had plenty ball. We do not look capable of attacking, and we haven't much at all yet this season.

Penalties and errors don't help, but they are not the reason for the poor attack. Sutcliffe especially is absolutely appalling, nothing more than a passenger as a player.

yes, falloon had a good workrate which should improve our middle and his distribution was a mile ahead of Burrow so that is a plus.

also JJB what a game after so long out tip my hat to the guy he is a warrior.Its been a tough stretch and we still have Saints and Cas next but i can see light a the end of the tunnel

Pretty much the norm for a young half behind a well beaten pack.

Another positive hopefully next years MM we should get an easier game rather than extra game against Wigan

If your not up to it, your not up to. Last night Widnes were getting well beaten first 20 minutes, but their halfs looked superb regardless. Our pack was not well beaten for the whole 80, but Sutcliffe was very poor for the whole 80.
