I haven't seen it, but one of my mates says it's good. I don't listen to his opinion of films ever since he said The Condemned starring Stone Cold Steve Austin & Vinnie Jones was a good film.

Vinnie will star in anything though he isn't bothered!

I was gutted when he was Juggernaut in X-Men. The casting for X-Men was bang on aswell. Such a let down.

Shockingly bad casting. Cain Marko is one of the X-Men's greatest foes. It should have taken more than Kitty Pryde and Leech to deal with im.

There's been worst casting. Venom in Spiderman 3. Someone owed Topher Grace a massive favor for him to get that part.

Too many bad guys in that film that spoiled it, not a fan of the Spiderman films anyway.

Not as much as I used to be, but my head is still full of crap from the days when I bought upwards of 20 comics a month.

And yes, Topher Grace, who I have tremendous time for from his stint on 'That 70's Show' was terrible casting for Eddie Brock.

And the point about too many villains is true. The first two Spidey films didn't go for such overkill. They need to concentrate on one villain in the next, and not let Stan Bleedin' Lee have a cameo. I've never liked him.

If they'd have cast Venom better and made him the only bad guy, maybe with a little cameo baddie in Harry, that film could have been a beauty. Venom was a complete joke though. Horrible.

I hope they do a forth and get it right this time.

Who would you like to see as the villan in the next film? They could easily bring Lizard or Carnage in. With Dr. Connors appearing in all 3 films (I think so anyway.) would be the obvious and easiest choice.

I'm not sure that the Lizard is a strong enough villain to sustain the whole film. Thinking about it, they've shot their bolt somewhat with using Spidey's big two in the first two films (I don't count Venom, he's a bit too nu-school for me).

Kraven The Hunter might work. In fact, you could have The Lizard causing mayhem, leading to Spidey trying to stop him, and have it all being secretly orchestrated by Kraven so he can hunt Spiderman!

Or they could just stick some wings on Patrick Stewart.

That sounds pretty good. I'd love to see Jim Carey as Carnage though. I reckon that'd be perfect casting. I'm nu school.

The Spiderman franchise will continue to be 5hit as long as Toby McGuire plays Spiderman. The first 2 films were rubbish and the third was too cheesy. I also think the Green Goblin & Doc Oc are 2 of his rubbisher enemies

I just can't put my finger on why I don't like the films. Its maybe because of the guy who plays Spiderman I'm not sure!
