Just because she eats far too much doesn't mean she appreciates a cake more than me. I just tend to eat all types of food (protein, carbs etc) in moderation with my diet/fitness requirements.

A person who refers to their food as "protein" or "carbs" or who counts made-up calorific numbers (like my weird sister in law), is just weird.

If you like it, eat it.

Weird - so just eat it if you like it or make a bigger decision.

Even on a day like today you cannot, nay, should not, avoid cake, if I were coach to a Grand Final team there would be cake in the dressing room, in fact you'd see my team running out at the start each munching on a wedge of lemon drizzle cake that I'd handed out in the tunnel.
