Qualifier TV games were scheduled for 3pm Saturday, subject to change was either the Friday or Sat 3pm in my eyes. No Qualifier was scheduled for Thursday night. A Friday sesh with friends from Leeds with a hotel booked has now been cancelled, will get to the game due to my circumstances but many others especially families will not be able to make it. Were the clubs informed this is what we are doing or asked if they could accommodate?

I'm same age as you mate and I too have fond memories of the old southstand ,although I moved over to he northstand quite a few years ago and my location now means I have probably seen my last game with the old SS still there. Last southstand game is now boxing day! I wonder if it going to get another season ? planning permission not been granted yet .

Three out of our five can't go now Neil. However, Leeds instantly offered a refund when I phoned them. Very efficient and professional outfit there.

That's a few of us now not going, no way I can get the Thursday off at short notice. Plus I know a lot of others that won't be going a they always take their kids to the games, school the day after.

Getting shunted to Thursday for TV which no fan wants so they wheel out a special man of the match award. Come on, way too obvious.

The game is a dead duck anyway. Both teams are through. Leigh are rightly very happy, Leeds are just happy the season is over. I'm not saying players won't be trying but there is little to play for beyond professional pride.

It will depend on middle/super 8's positions for both teams, and potentially magic weekend. At least twice then.

No. It's twice and maybe a third time if both Leigh and Leeds are in the same 8's group.

I assume it only counts for league and not cup games.
