Don't want to see someone come in now, disrupt us even more and bring there own players and starting all over again. Think Ken knows this too thats why he is backing him in the papers and the media so publicly and saying how Gary's going to spend money in the transfer window

Sacking McAllister will not guaruntee we get any better. Anyone coming in has 2 weeks in which to assess the squad, and look for new targets until the transfer window opens.

leeds have problem areas in the team. McAllister knows about them, but he can only do so much with the players. McAllister should be given the chance to turn it around after the new players have come in.

If results don't improve then, questions need to be asked. Bates went for a cheap option in McAllister, and it may pay off, howveer, if we don't get out of this division this season, it could mark the start of a frustrating time for the club

the problem is macca stays, we don't go up and becchio,beckford and the rest of the better players leave.don't go up this year and we are in big trouble

Give macca time to short the defence out.

There is no qucik fix for leeds.

So let's not pretend there is by sacking a decent young manager at the first sign of trouble.

That's been said EVERY season since we first went down from the premiership.

Leeds may have fallen but they are a prestigious club and will always attract the top range players for these dvisions.

Every man and his dog knows its the defence thats needs sorting. He should just use all the money he is allowed in the transfer window on the defence. Where scoring every game and the last few weeks team have had to come from behind to beat us. Think aklot of it is that we aren't finishing teams off. If we had gone 2-0 up against some of these teams we'd have won these games

The thing that worries me more though is if he fails to get promotion we also lose beckford,becchio and delph maybe more

well they've made £4.5m so he should be able to get a quality central defender in and a left-back, i admire macca for trying to get the team to get it down and pass it, but other teams play route one and our defence flaps like headless chickens, they are going through a bad spell i just hope they start winning again soon mk dons and leicster our next 2 games need to get something from them (6 points!!).

Think we will win these matches. Maybe teams will start taking us as a bit of a soft touch now. It's not just Macca under pressure now its the players too and Macca should be getting them fired up as these 2 games could change our season!

Contracts are worth f*ck all now anyway for both clubs and players/managers alike, he gave Blackwell a 3 year one in March and in the September/October of the same year he got rid of him so that won't stop Bates sacking Gary Mac if he feels that is what is best for the club.

Personally I think he'll come good and we'll go up automatically this season and I know deep down that Tad feels the same.
