Bailey has conceded 12, which is only the 8th highest in the Leeds team. Thought you might like to know.

Not gloating. But maintaining my stance against the OTT opinions which overrate Mr B. I have always said he is a loyal member of the squad who is a good tackler and gets up quickly after being tackled. But he has no real go forward game and is capable of losing the plot. I give him credit when due and also point out to you hero worshippers when the opposite happens. Now isn't that what you always claim is your right?

He was poor at wembly but superb in the semi final,if used properly he is a decent forward. As I have stated on other threads a lot of clubs are looking to strengthen their squads. There is shortage of quality players around so methinks
we might be more than happy to hang on to Mr Bailey. Just for the record I am not a fan of him playing loose forward.

If Bailey wasn't the worst Leeds player it wasn't for the want of trying to be though! and it was in that critical 2nd half period when he led the silly run of penalities which lost us, and gave them, crucial momentum and field position. IMO this period had more to do with the final result than the officials, team selections... and Uncle Tom Cobley and all!

Meanwhile, good to see Paul Wood gets no suspension for his punch on Ablett eh ?
