Who are the allegations from? Saints? The Ref? If its from fans of opposition teams or the public the RFL have lost the plot.

Surely they would only react to allegations from the opposition or the ref. I'm not a Leeds fan but I sincerely hope he hasn't let himself down again. If so, he really needs some counselling.

Yeah that's what I said when people asked my opinion on it, even if he didn't say it - it doesn't look good with him blowing a kiss leading up to it.

I wouldn't be surprised to see his ban from last doubled, 10 games if he's found guilty which I sincerely hope not. They would need solid evidence of the incident, a colleague of mine has just watched the vine replay of it and said no way can you say for certain what is said and he isn't a rugby fan.

If so, I'd suggest that it's you who has "lost the plot". Anyone who finds what Hardaker allegedly said or did offensive can lodge a valid complaint. Perhaps you'd like to see the law changed?

I think it's vital to know who has made the allegation. It may be the RFL acting on its own.
If not the accuser or accusers need to be identified to see if they have an hidden agenda .
Blowing a kiss was a bit childish , but in the grand scheme of things no big deal.

The RFL aren't even publicising who/what it is they're investigating officially so finding out who made those allegations will be nigh on impossible.

It's a known fact that the law is sometimes an ass.
I see things on a day to day basis that I could complain about ,but I like to live my life in the real world.

I think the RFL start looking at the inept refs mistakes than looking at a player blowing a kiss, just about right for our game!

The problem is he has previous, so has put himself in a position to be a more likely witch-hunt victim. If JP or Ablett had done it, people's reaction would have purely been 'That's unusual for him. why's he doing that?' Unfortunately when you have previous, as ZH has (down to his own ignorance and stupidity) you leave yourself open to being the witch that is hunted by the public.

If you feel you have been unfairly punished before for something wrong which you did at work, surely you make sure you don't do anything again that could be construed as being the same sort of thing? He would have been better sarcastically applauding or even giving him a little shove than making a gesture that (because of his 'previous') can give his detractors a new noose to hang him with.

You don't know that, that's a wild accusation. With out all the tech and live audio, players statements, refs reports, you are just guessing and or trollin.

Jeez (am I allowed to say that?!) I don't know why I've just wasted my time looking at the incident. In my opinion it is impossible to be 100% certain what the word was - other than it's one syllable. If Hardaker cops a ban on the back of that then there's no way the rflwill ever get any of my hard earned again. The incident only occurred due to Flanaghan trying to twist Hardakers ankles behind each other - which (surprise surprise) was completely missed by Silverwood.

I like RL because of its pure unadulterated aggression, skilfulness and passion that each and every player gives to the sport. To have this diluted by these pathetic sideshows annoys the hell out of me.

No tinted glasses, bias or witch hunt from me here, but if it's found to be true that he's said what he's accused of, it isn't looking good for him.

He's an incredible talent and I'd love him at Wire but if he was a Wire player I'd still want a harsh punishment and want him out of the team altogether. It's damaging the games reputation at a time when we are trying to expand, and needs stamping out.
