| People still can't answer why he got given the likes of Wigan vs Saints and Leeds vs Wigan back in 2012 then?
Ahead of Silverwood, Bentham and Ganson who all had Final experience and Thaler who was well ahead of him at the time in terms of performance and experience.
And I know you can't the same refs doing Wigan matches every week but that's why he could've done Wigan vs Wakey/Salford/Widnes etc which was the level he was at......Not Wigan biggest rivals in two of the biggest games of the regular season. If he was capable of officiating those type of matches then why haven't they ever given him a semi final (which are reserved for the refs deemed best.
Anybody who thinks his appointments to those games was all above board need to wake up. The fact that nobody has yet to explain this (or even attempted) and just try and stay within 2015 shows they don't really know why he got given those games.

2012 Silverwood deemed the best ref by RFL by getting both the CC and GF.
Times he officiated Wigan in the regular season = 3....and none since Round 8
James Child Wigan games in 2012 regular season = 6
Yeah it was because Silverwood got Wigan too often that Child got their games vs Leeds and Saints
Child's 3rd season he gets Wigan games vs Leeds and Saints
Hicks 3rd season he only gets Wigan games vs Wakefield and London
Roby 3rd season he only gets Wigan vs Bradford and Widnes
And the latter two refs had less competition for places with Alibert gone and Ganson retiring only a few weeks into the season.
Sharing games around equally??? B#ll#cks lol

Nope. Repeating bigoted accusation long enough doesnt mean a reasonable person stops challenging it.

Where does Thierry Alibert getting the Wigan v Leeds game in 2012 ahead of those same refs fit in to the gay agenda?

Wow! He's right.
I didn't quite see it before but this is solid, beyond all reasonable doubt fact!
I bet Ryan Bailey and Kirke must have been gay too cos I've no better reason as to how the funk soul brother those two used to get in the Leeds team every week!

Fits perfectly into positive discrimination. On this occasion its nationality instead of sexuality.

Something about denial not just being a river in Egypt springing to mind here.
Still not hearing no explanations from his defenders, just trying to deflect by going on about Alibert, Bailey and Kirke.
How about staying with Child, WHY DID HE GET THOSE GAMES when other lower ranked refs didn't also? As has been shown it wasn't because the top ref officiated Wigan too often.

Id also just like to point out that Silverwood and Thaler did referee a Wigan/leeds game in 2012 and Phil Bentham didnt referee after may 4th due to a broken leg.

Nice try. It's up to you to provide evidence of your allegations.
So any evidence yet that Child got big games because he was gay?
Provide it.

Nice try nothing.
If I provided the above information but in place of James Child it was a French man getting those same exact games......NOBODY ON HERE, would have a problem saying they've only given him those games because of his Nationality or criticise anybody who thought.
Double standards of thinking.
Nobody is fussed about criticising Alibert because French nationality isn't a touchy/no go area. If he'd had been a Muslim man I bet people wouldn't have been pointing that out as much as they did with his French nationality.

Do you know why Alibert was brought in? It was to try and get neutral referees for internationals. That's a possible reason for anyone to think Alibert may have got the gigs he did.
In what way does James Child being gay help RL? Again. Why would the RFL do it? What benefit do they get from it. Especially as, which you've agreed, nobody (or very few, it certainly wasn't common knowledge or anything pushed by the RFL) knew he was gay until recently.
Provide the evidence for your allegations.

What?
You allege Child gets big games because he's Gay.
You allege the RFL practices positive discrimination which is not legal in the UK.
The onus of proof is on you. You've given the scenarios. They are just scenarios, not proof.
You have alleged in writing for all to see that the RFL is breaking UK law but you fail to give any proof other than opinion.
Your friend who personally admitted to discriminating against people in the workplace has gone quiet. Would love to know who his alleged racist employers are.
Do you have other accusations you'd like to make in writing about the RFL? If they weren't so inept I'd be a little concerned about a letter through the post asking you to give evidence or shut up.
Your comments that the RFL give preference to people based on sexuality offends me and I would ask you to back up your comments or shut up and go back to discussing Leeds Rhinos.

In other words no I don't have any proof - just say it don't dodge the issue by changing the subject to a French referee.

Positive discrimination is not illegal in this country - I have given a specific example from the last general election to substantiate the point

So even though Alibert had officiated internationals dating back as far as the 2000 WC, he was brought in in 2009 so he could officiate Internationals. That's the 2nd different claim made against Alibert on here with the other being it was to keep Catalans happy.
Yet the RFL say he was appointed due to the departure of Ashley Klien.
So where's the proof of these Alibert accusations.......or is it ok to make accusations against French people but not gay ones. Remind me what treating people EQUALLY means?
As for the whole "benefit", as I've said before they don't need to be shouting from a megaphone. People are foolish to think sub-consciously people from certain miniority groups aren't treated the same even in a positive way in some cases.
I mean some of you are doing it now by happily attacking Alibert's appointment but not Child.

Just answer the question - don't doge have you any proof that James Child has got to the position he has or gets big games because he is gay?

Apparently it is because we're 20 odd pages in and there still hasn't been any proof provided whatsoever other than Printer & Gotcha reckon Child isn't a good ref and is only where he is because he's gay.
Nothing else whatsoever has been provided in support of the allegation. Just 20 odd pages of twisting and attempted dodges and misdirection by the people making the allegations.

Only you and others have used the word proof.

Neither is my question of why did he get those key games in 2012 that were way above his level at the time and other refs like Hicks and Roby never given similar gigs in the same timeframe?
Yet you, Smokey and others have dodged that for several pages.
ANSWER THAT ONE SOMEBODY.

It's not because he's French. It's because he would be a neutral referee. Are you honestly unaware of the concept of nationality in sport? Ever watched the ENGLAND Rugby League team?

So it's a series of sub-conscious decisions now is it? How does that work considering the head of referees has changed a few times over the course of James Child refereeing career. As has the executive and management of the RFL.
So which is it? Company policy at the RFL or Refs department, or the sub-conscious decisions of 1 person?
