Aye, Multimap placed their postcode round about where Readman's used to be but I couldn't see the brewery when I drove past on my way home from Headingley, so I don't think that they are in that actual building, just somewhere nearby.
Since then, I saw one of their beers at The Palace, Kirkgate (I think now a Nicholson's pub).
I am happy to report back that the beer is deffo quaffable and The Palace is still a pub despite the worryingly convincing rumours of a while ago that it was going to be a deli and apartments.
Also, The Palace now cook and serve a splendid and dizzying range of sausages, sampling from which is prominent on my "To do" list.
