Terrible news, Muzza was a pleasure to talk to, and a great coach.

The letter we received from the RFL telling us our pack was too nasty will remain one of the highlights of my time as a Leeds supporter.

forget the rugby, he was a lovely man.
on the pitch he gave us hope and success after being a shambles for years.

Very saddened by that news. He was truly good coach and, by all accounts, a damn fine fellow. These days, 58 is way too young for anyone to die. RIP.

Absolutely gutted. Not only an amazing bloke but the first coach in my time of watching Leeds (1985 onwards) to give us a team to be proud of. We've been spoiled since but Muzza laid the foundations. RIP a true RL legend

Really awful news. I will have to go and dig out my video of the Challenge cup win, his after match interview was humble and full of incite into the game. A great coach, and from what I saw and heard of him, a great bloke.

It would be fitting if the BBC could put together tribute to Graham Murray's success in the 1999 challenge cup final. R.I.P.

It would. It might be a little late for them to do that now but you'd hope it would warrant a mention, as he's part of the history of the competition.

Tragic news, although I never met him personally, he always struck me as a thoroughly nice bloke, and it was brilliant to watch the team he created in the late 90's.

Life ain't fair. Would be difficult to find someone who would say a bad word about Graham. One of the gents of the game and a well respected and very good coach. He put Leeds on the road to recovery and put some steel in their belly. I have good memories of his days at Headingley "there's only one Graham Murray" RIP

Never to be forgotton for what he did for our club and all this time later still the last coach to win the CC. Who'd have thought that with all the success we've had since.

The pack he assembled was truly fearsome and a joy to watch how we played under him.

I started watching us in 1980 and bearing in mind the period after that we had a reputation for having a soft under belly in the pack and sometimes opposition packs only had to snarl or shout 'boo' to see our pack wave the white flag, it was truly awesome to see how our pack under Murray destroyed teams to such an extent that the RFL had to warn us for being too aggressive.

Didn't know him, never met him, but loved his work at HQ. A sad loss for his family and the RL World. Our Condolences to his family friends and colleagues.

RIP, thought are with his family and friends. I first started watching the Rhinos in 1997/8, so just at the start of his era. That pack was brutal yet the team could play with flair, some of the late tries in the final were very good.

Some of my best memories and best times was when graham was our coach, did not miss a game home or away for the whole of his spell at the club,
Despite all the success have had over the last 7-8 years, the team we had then was not flash and maybe only had 2-3 really world class payers. But he got us to play as a unit and we played so hard. Great times.
