That is purely Bailey's fault and no one elses. His jokes were made on a public forum, therefore the club had to be seen to take the appropriate action and make it known to the public.

I don't have an opinion as to the level of punishment that has been handed to TMFMISL .
I can't form an opinion because I don't know what TMFMISL posted . I would need to know the content and context before I could form an opinion . Can any of the posters on these boards that are criticising him for his actions tell me EXACTLY what was posted , and in what context ?

Call me old fashioned but I don't see why the club should benefit financially anyway. I understand the "hitting the player where it hurts" (the pocket) policy to try and prevent a similar action in the future, but why should the club benefit?

They should've just said, you're fine is "£xx.xx, all of which is going to the Japanese Charity".
