I said it before that Smith would make a very good assistant coach working with someone like Uncle Tony.
His support staff are not experienced enough either.

Smiths team selections leave a lot to be desired and so far this season for me Johnson has looked better at SH than hooker.

I would give Smith until the end of the season, failure to make the play offs should see him leave even though injuries will have played it`s part.
