He was very impressive on Saturday I thought.

He's definitely someone we need in our team. Seems like he has alot of respect for the club and really wants to play for us. We don't see alot of that these days.

Hardly, Becchio gets his name sung way more than Beckford. Sometimes I think Leeds fans prefer effort over end product.

I'd like to see just how far he runs in a game, he's a workhorse thats for sure.

He's a goalscorer and that's what he has done consistantly throughout his brief career to date, 50 goals in 75 games for Leeds. He's in the team to score goals, wouldn't think that Grayson, McAllister, Wise expect/would have expected much other than that from him. He is lazy/frustrating/petulant, anyone who watches Leeds regularly will say the same but I bet they wouldn't swap him.

I predict he'll hit 40 by the end of the season

Just a few notes from watching the England match..

1. Wouldn’t the England team be a lot better if Leeds United where at the top of the Premiership and not the trio of Man u, Chelsea and Liverpool?

2. Why on earth is Rio defending for England when he and others couldn’t defend Leeds from going down is beggars belief.

3. You know its going to be a dire England team if it doesn’t have one current Leeds United player.
