He's still a better halfback than Sutcliffe though.

Yeah one extra prop (with Zero SL experience) who wouldn't have been on until the 2nd half would've been the difference no honestly

Probably, but that says as much about how we develop players when they come into the first team squad as it does about Moon as a half.

Four tries to three. Three each if you don't count Wire's phantom try. Hardly "well beaten", by a team who should have been playing 79 minutes with 12 men.
In truth, Child's refereeing and Patton's short kicking were a lot more important to that result than either pack.

| Set his stall out in the first minute by not giving Westwood red for that shot on Sutcliffe. Are we surprised.

So are we ignoring that he could have played Balwdinson then...
And yea it would make a difference, we would have had more energy at the end when we needed it, as mentioned by someone else, there is a reason every other team plays with 4 or 5 props

Screws us so often, pointed out his record of reffing Leeds vs Wire, and we get hammered so badly every time.

| Im not down on that performance, i think we did ok. We panicked a little early and could have been a little more composed but i though Wire played really well, got the rub of the green and refs decisions and still only beat us by 11.
I think if Wire play like that for the rest of the year they will comfortably be in the 8, i think if we play like that for the rest of the year we will make the 4.
Fact is most games we arent going to see the lopsided penalty count we saw in the first half, we arent going to see a phantom try, we arent going to face kickers as good as Patton

| He was simply his usual garbage inept self.
However against that pack playing 3 props got found out as did not starting Parcell & finally leaving Golding on with only 1 shoulder was disgraceful from the Coach & Medical team.

| Why do people always think that ine player cost us the game? I see Walters is this weeks scapegoat. Im not too disheartened with that game, last year we would have lost that game by a big margin, Warrington are a desperate side at the moment and had most of the possession (especially in the first half) I thought we did well to keep the game as close as it was and actually enjoyed some of our off the cuff play to try and get back in the game.
It's a really interesting season this one!

no no no mark, playing 3 props and playing walters for literally minutes, thus fatigueing others made no difference whatsoever

F^^k me Baldwinson has done ok in his appearances.....nothing more. He isn't the messiah who could make s big difference tonight FFS.
If you look at tonight's performance and your moan is about Walters over Baldwinson then you know jack sh*t about RL. Let's not forget we lost a back rower 1 minute in btw.

Put Patton in that team and we win comfortably. Exactly the player we are missing and needing.

How many times do you need it explaining simply go back & READ IT properly its very straight forward or if you prefer go back to most of the pre-season 2016 posts the transition was starting then however THE CLUB didn't savvy?
As for being in yer 40's & not using "giving it large" good for you because yer Jeremy Kyle wannabe "yea whatever" made you sound like a snotty little chav.

I saw a game where one pack dominated the other, did you see anything different?
People blaming the halves are being harsh, they had no platform for the majority of the game and I thought McGuire did pretty well given the circumstances, some chip kicks that would be world class plays had Wire not read them
Do you not think some extra size would make a difference?
Havent blamed Walters but why pick him just to give someone a rest for 10 mins

| Ateotd Child was woeful but at the same time better composure with & without the ball we could have won that.
Some of the stupid offloads cheap penalties & poor kicking cost us as much as anything Child did.
It wasn't Walters fault & tbf i thought Delaney had his best game in 16mths but against that big pack 4 props should have been a must.
We still have issues at HB & once again the selections process is questionable.
