I think the worst films ever have to be by that guy who made signs, the village, sixth sense, unbreakable and all the rest of them. Those films have bored me to tears and nothing happens except for the big twist at the end that everyone can see them coming.

Not usually one to hate a film. I have sort of liked most of the films I have seen but these are quite simply 1t!

The most disappointing for me is Raging Bull. I know everyone says its a great and I was really looking forward to it but I just thought it was vastly overrated. I didnt think the characters were that well developed, I didnt think the fight scenes were any better than in other boxing films and I was vastly unimpressed with the pace of the film and the continuity, particularly around the period where he started throwing fights.

Quantum of Solace

I've only seen 'Unbreakable' out of the list and I'm with you. It bored me senseless. I'm a comic fan, so it's basic plot should have appealed to me, but it was just 2 hours of Bruce moping around and Samuel L Jackson hobbling about.

I've got The Mummy 3 and Dark Knight to watch this weekend.

Not sure what to expect from either film, but slobbed in front of the TV with a few tinnes and a tube of pringles will numb the pain of watching crap films.

It's amazing how alcohol makes any bad film look good........except possibly Mamma Mia.

Rocky V and all the new Star Wars ones are the most disappointing films for me. Oh, the Golden Compass was very dull, since I love the books. The change of title should have been a giveaway I suppose. "I Am Legend" was so dull that I couldn't even be bothered finishing watching it on a trans-atlantic flight, when lets face it, other entertainment options or the option of getting outside for some exercise are not available.

There are worse films but not ones that did so much to tarnish the legacy of what had preceded them. I'm not disappointed by s**t films when I know they're going to be s**t.

I thought 6th Sense was pretty good for the first 2 watches (one before you know the ending, one to see how you missed itall first time round) but Unbreakable and the Village are definitely utter bobbins. Signs passed a couple of hours in not too much pain but I wouldn't watch it again.

Great reviews, especially on Empire, but I thought it a little dull in places.
Yes, there were some very funny moments and one liners, but it just seemed to drag on for long spells.

That Tom Cruise doesn't get zapped into oblivion in War of the Worlds.

Oh, I forgot to mention "Heat" which I had high hopes for, but which I found completely tedious.

War of the worlds was a great film. cruise wasnt great in it but the kids played good parts

Dark knight is best Batman film by plenty. Mummy 3 dont waste 2 hours fo your time mate!!

I agree. It's only the cheese at the very end that spoils it a little.

I'm intending watching Batman first, so by the time it's finished and ready for the Mummy 3, I'll have inbibed a fair few cans of Kronenbourg.

Batman films are the only superhero films I mind watching. Thought Dark Knight was decent.

Settled down on Sat night to watch 'Dark Knight' and turned it off after 30-40 minutes. Didn't enjoy it.

Sat and watched 'Tom and Jerry Movie' with kids, and that's a great film
