Are Elway and Fox that Commited to Tebow, or will they be looking for a QB in the draft?

I thought exactly the same, if they are commited to Tebow they will be picking high in the draft again next year aswell IMO.

Tebow is a gimmick much like the wildcat was, yes it worked for a while(especially against us in that 1st game the 'phins used it

) but once he is figured out he will be out of the league unless they find another position for him, again IMO.

I agree the wildcat was brilliant, I love Ronnie Brown for that game againsts the Pats alone. those were the days where the R and R express using the wildcat got us to the playoffs, as well as a good QB the firat since Marino in Pennington.
It was adopted by other teams which I think helped them work it out, and it stopped the surprise factor when we had to pull Henne off and Pat white didnt get a fair shout.

But yes, much the way Tebow will go, it is now good for the occaisonal play but cant carry a team like it did the 08 fins.

Tebow is just happy to play football, IMO could ply FB TE or even a Larry Csonka type HB. Hedalso run the wildcat I suppose.

Turner and bradshaw would get my vote, Although I haveny kept up with Johnson, dont know if he got back into the groove, just knew he was poor after his holdout. any other day I'd habe Murray, But Miamis run defence is ranked seventh, held fred jackson to 17 yards last game, runners are only managing 3.8 yards per carry againt our run D.

Bad times for the Texans, just as they were looking like they were heading to the playoffs

I reckon you will still get in the play-offs/win your division but when it comes to the play-offs you will struggle with the inexperienced QB, even Delhomme hasn't played for a fair while so he will be rusty.

Your running game is good enough to win games but if the QB can't make plays/turns the ball over there are too many teams in the AFC that will take advantage.

Agreed, Foster, Andre Johnson and the defense can carry the team to the playoffs, beyond that I'm not sure. But all Yates has to do for now is pick up the odd first down and throwing to Andre Johnson seriously ups his chances espc with the running game getting so much attention.

Problems comes when a defense has a stormer or Foster and Tate have a bad day or worse, get injured. Then You'd just have to double team Andre Johnson.

Its a case of wait and see

Donavan McNabb has been cut, personally can't see him landing anywhere else as a starter now and he won't want to be a backup surely?

Mcnabbs Career went the same way as culpepper in my opinion, as soon as they couldnt run, they couldnt really play.

Only team that might pick him up is the Colts? maybe the panthers back up/mentor newton, only way I see him taking a job as a backup.
