The main issue with that IMV is that the YCC Chairman (Colin Graves), who is effectively bankrolling the cricket club, stated at the recent AGM that there would be no money for any major further ground developments until 2019 when the new pavilion & the outstanding debts incurred to purchase the ground are paid off.
