As long as there's clear recognition of the need to begin transitioning some players out of the side then whatever signings we make will be good ones.

Leuluai will retire end of next season
Sir Kev will retire end of next season
JJB will retire season after next.
Burrow & Maggs will be 30 next year.

That's our 3 strongest forwards gone in the next 2 seasons, and our entire creative operation not soon after. Signings must be made, or youth players brought through.
