As I said I heard loud Beast chants when he was limbering up and first came on. There may have been some boos as well but the loudest part of the noise definitely came from his little fan club on the 30/40m line about halfway up the SS. They've been doing it all year and while it sounds like boos those ones definitely weren't

I've thought for a while that he will still be here next season to be honest. A lot can change in the space of a few months, especially if he gets his hands on a trophy or too.

As long as he's under contract, still here, playing and giving his all why would anyone boo him?

yes there was booing from a mindless few they were stood just at the side of the band, could not understand wot it was all about one minute booing next minute same gruop were sing theres only one ereg eastwood thats how mindless they were

I didnt boo Eastwood myself but I feel if that players are prepared to take the plaudits when they play well then they should accept the critiscm when things arn't going your way.

I hope that if he continues to paly this season and we win a trophy this season he will stay because he has the potential to be a top notch player.

But he isnt being booed or criticised for playing badly, he is being booed for being homesick and wanting to return to australia.

I have never, or will ever boo a Rhinos player, even though i have seen plenty of instances whereby both player and team performances have been very poor during my 33 years as a fan of the club

IMO booing any team or any individual player for that matter is a sign of a bad attitude

There was no booing. I thought at first there was but it was the SS shouting, "Beaaaaaaaaaaaaaast" and as several sections were not in time with each other then it did sound a little like booing. With JP out we really need this guy as Kylie can't do it for 80 minutes. His commitment on the field cannot be faulted, he looks very unit but he is so powerful. What he needs is a woman over here (any volunteers?) and he should really be shacked up with the party animals Delaney and Biff!
