Their goal went straight through the wall. Individual errors have cost us 2 points. Said in our mid week games we've only got 3 points out of 27!

P!$$ poor defending has cost us dear this year but still a great season and promotion is still a possibillity.

Bit gutted again that we couldn't manage to hold on, but with 10 men it is harder. Just a shame another defensive mistake cost us really. Can't understand why we concide so many goals though? We have one of the best keepers in the league and some decent experienced CBs.

Anyway, we're doing incredibly well for a newly promoted team lets just hope we can change afew of these draws into wins and try to sort out our midweek voodoo.

I've said all season i always fancy Leeds to score 1-2 goals per game it's keeping them out thats the problem (well i've said it since the 6-4 Preston game)

QPR are top and have conceded 19 goals. We've conceded 52. I'm not too sure its all the defence's fault though as we've made good changes in the back 4 since the start of the season. Its mostly the whole teams fault and silly individual errors. Its a good job we're the best attacking team in the division otherwise we'd be back in division 3!

Absolutely no protection from an inadequate central midfield. That much has been absolutely clear since the first game of the season.

Yes, Utd are doing very well for a promoted team, and you'd obviously take this situation before the start of the season. It's disappointing though that it would take so little for us to be doing so much better.

Larry has said he should have a central midfielder in by the weekend on loan to cover for Johnson although Johnson only has a one game ban. Hopefully he's planning on dropping Johnson for a while and getting someone in who's a bit more defensive although i doubt either will happen, the loan signing will be someone like Michael Johnson from Man City who's not the most defensive either.
We concede far too many goals to win promotion and we've done great to be where we are with the goals conceded. The blame cant just go on the defence, they dont get much protection from the midfield and without that your always gonna let loads of goals in. I've said all along, as have others, Howson and Johnson should not be playing together in midfield, neither can tackle and both are lightweight in there and get out muscled. We've been crying out for some steel in there all season but Larry just wont do anything about it, he wont drop Johnson or Howson for any games at all if anyone misses out it's Kilkenny. If he's gonna play with no real defensive players in midfield then why not start with Somma alongside Becchio. Somma is scoring plenty and surely deserves to start just on goals scored.
Even if we beat Swansea at the weekend with Somma starting for Johnson he'll still drop Somma the game after and put Johnson back in, i wish someone would of bought Johnson in January. I dont see what Larry see's in him to make him a starter every single game. The midfield need to work harder on getting back and making us hard to score against, we've had loads of defenders and it happens to them all no matter who plays so the problem must be elsewhere.
Still dont think we've won on any other day than 3pm on a saturday in the league. Play Swansea at 12.45 on saturday so that means a draw or a loss.

But Kilkenny can't tackle for toffee either. I would drop Johnson myself

We are lacking a chopping midfielder and we have been all season. If we were really serious about going up I imagine we'd have gone and got Michael Johnson and another midfielder. Delph wouldn't be a bad option if we could get him to sit infront of the back 4, is he getting a look in at Villa?

I don't believe in defensive midfielders at all. Infact I hate them.

Our defence has been outstanding this season for a change. We have some fine players in defence and having Paddy Kenny is even better. For Leeds to be up in the top 6 even conceding 52 goals shows what a good attacking team they are.
